catalase.ai is an AI consultancy that builds production AI systems for enterprise clients. Not decks, not demos. We ship real products that our clients use every day to automate workflows, surface insights, and move faster.
What You'll Do
- Build AI assistants that connect to client data and answer business questions in plain language
- Automate manual workflows using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Pipedream, plus custom Python where needed
- Integrate AI into systems clients already use: CRMs, ERPs, SQL databases, Google Sheets, email, Slack
- Document what you build and help clients get comfortable using it
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience (internships, side projects, freelance, or serious tinkering all count)
- Comfortable with Python: able to read, write, and debug real code
- Some hands-on time with at least one LLM API or SDK (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)
- Basic comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and connecting different systems together
- Exposure to at least one workflow automation tool (n8n, Make, Zapier, Pipedream, or Power Automate)
- A working understanding of embeddings, vector databases, and RAG concepts
- Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI
- React or Next.js for AI frontends
- Parquet, DuckDB, or large-scale data processing
- A portfolio of shipped AI projects (personal or professional)
