We're Hiring
Two open roles — both full-time, based in Lahore with remote flexibility.
AI Engineer
We're looking for an AI Engineer to help design, build, and ship AI-powered products — chatbots, agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-integrated backends. You'll work directly with founders on real client projects.
What you'll do
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications using Claude, GPT-4, or open-source models
- Build RAG pipelines, tool-use agents, and multi-step AI workflows
- Integrate AI backends with REST APIs, databases, and Streamlit/Next.js frontends
- Optimise prompt engineering, model selection, and inference cost
- Deploy and monitor AI systems in production environments
What we're looking for
- Strong Python skills — FastAPI, async, data wrangling
- Experience with at least one LLM API (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or DuckDB/SQL
- Understanding of cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Portfolio of shipped AI projects (personal or professional)
Nice to have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI
- Streamlit or Next.js for AI frontends
- Parquet, DuckDB, or large-scale data processing

BI Developer
We need a BI Developer to build dashboards, data pipelines, and analytics solutions for enterprise clients. You'll work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle databases to turn raw data into executive-level insights.
What you'll do
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards connected to enterprise databases
- Write complex SQL queries across SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data transformation workflows
- Create Streamlit-based interactive data apps and reports
- Collaborate with clients to define KPIs and translate business questions into data models
What we're looking for
- Expert-level SQL (window functions, CTEs, performance tuning)
- Tableau Desktop proficiency — calculated fields, LOD expressions, dashboard design
- Experience with at least 2 of: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
- Understanding of data modelling and star/snowflake schemas
- Ability to explain data to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Python for data automation (pandas, DuckDB, Parquet)
- Power BI as a secondary tool
- Experience with SSRS or SSIS
