What the work actually looks like — and what changed after we shipped it.

SalesPerformance Visibility

Their sales team waited days for numbers. Now they ask a question and get an answer in seconds.

A 100+ person sales team managing 350+ locations had no way to check how they were doing without sending an email and waiting. Every question — performance for a single location, a regional comparison, a trend — went to the data team. Monthly reports arrived on Day 6 or 7 of the month, by which point decisions had already been made on gut feel.

Before

  • Every data request went through email — performance queries, trend analysis, different views
  • Responses took 24+ hours on average, sometimes longer
  • Monthly reports arrived on Day 6–7 — the sales team needed numbers on Day 1
  • The data team spent most of their time answering the same questions on repeat

What we built

1

Ask anything, get answers instantly

Type a question in plain language and get a clear answer — no waiting, no request form, no dashboard to navigate

2

Performance and trends at a glance

Month-over-month comparisons, location rankings, year-on-year trends — all on demand, from any device

3

Promotion eligibility, checked in seconds

Instead of compiling spreadsheets, managers can check who qualifies and on what basis — instantly

What changed

Seconds

to answer any performance question

Used to take 24+ hours

Day 1

monthly numbers available from the first of the month

Used to arrive on Day 6–7

100+

people fully self-serve — from CCO to regional leads

Used to require an email request

This might resonate if...

  • Your team sends emails to get data — and waits a day or more for an answer
  • Monthly reports arrive days after the month closes, when the window to act has passed
  • Your data team spends most of their time answering the same questions on repeat
  • Decisions are still being made on gut feel because getting the real numbers takes too long

If this sounds like your situation, we're happy to walk through how it would work for your business.

ProcurementPre-Audit

Their procurement issues were only caught at end of quarter. Now they show up the next morning.

A procurement team processing thousands of purchase orders every month had all the data in their system — but no one was actively watching it. The internal audit team would review a random sample at the end of the quarter. By then, payments had gone out, vendors had been renewed, and decisions had already been made on numbers no one had properly checked.

Before

  • Only about 1 in 5 orders were ever reviewed — the rest went through unchecked
  • Problems surfaced at end of quarter — 3 months after the fact, when little could be done
  • The same person creating and approving an order was hard to catch without manual cross-checking
  • Vendors quietly raising prices went unnoticed in the day-to-day volume
  • Leadership had no regular view into procurement — reports were monthly at best, often never

What we built

1

Automatic daily data pull

Connects to the system each morning and pulls all purchase orders, approvals, vendor rates, and delivery records

2

Checks run on every order

Not a sample — every order is reviewed against a set of rules that flag anything worth a closer look

3

Prioritised alerts, not noise

Each order is scored by risk level so the team only sees what actually matters — not a long list of false alarms

What changed

100%

of orders reviewed, every single day

Was: ~20% sampled manually

Next Day

issues surface overnight, not months later

Was: caught at end of quarter

Daily

leadership visibility into procurement

Was: monthly at best, often never

This might resonate if...

  • Your team only reviews a fraction of orders — and the rest go through on trust
  • Procurement problems surface at the end of the quarter, when it's too late to do much
  • Vendor prices creep up over time and no one notices until contract renewal
  • Leadership asks "what's happening in procurement?" and the honest answer is: we're not sure until quarter end

If this sounds like your situation, we're happy to walk through how it would work for your business.

FinanceExpense Tracking

Millions spent daily — recorded on paper, or not at all. Now every expense is tracked, categorised, and visible by morning.

An organisation running 400+ locations across Pakistan was processing between PKR 1.5M and 3M in expenses every single day with no reliable system behind it. Some expenses were written down on paper. Others were never recorded at all. There were no standard categories, no way to see which location was spending what, and no way to check whether any location was profitable. If someone wanted a report, they had to ask — and often didn't bother.

Before

  • Daily expenses running into millions — recorded in unstructured formats or missed entirely
  • Heavy paperwork with no digital trail, making any kind of review nearly impossible
  • No expense categories — entries were vague and inconsistent across locations
  • No way to map an expense to a specific location or calculate location-level P&L
  • No consolidation across the organisation — no one had the full picture
  • Reports were ad-hoc requests to the data team, often never made at all

What we built

1

Structured the data first

Revamped the expenses module with proper categories and mapped every expense to its location — turning chaos into clean, consistent records

2

AI dashboard and chatbot

The finance team can now view, filter, and question expense data from anywhere — by location, category, date range, or any combination

3

Automated daily email digest

Every morning, the relevant team receives a plain-English summary of the previous day's expenses — no requests, no waiting

What changed

PKR 3M+

in daily expenses now fully tracked across 400+ locations

Was: paper records or not recorded at all

Hours

for finance team to analyse expenses — down from days

Was: manual analysis taking days

400+

locations mapped — P&L visible per location, every day

Was: no location-level visibility

This might resonate if...

  • Expenses are recorded inconsistently — or not recorded at all
  • You have no reliable way to see what each location or department is actually spending
  • Checking whether a location is profitable requires pulling data manually from multiple places
  • Your finance team requests reports from the data team instead of just looking it up themselves
  • Leadership has no regular view of expenses — it only comes up when something goes wrong

HRCustom Software

Their outsourced HR system was failing 4,500 employees. They built their own — and now they own it completely.

A 4,500-employee organisation had been running their HR operations on an outsourced system for years. On the surface it worked — until it didn't. Payroll periods became a recurring crisis, change requests meant invoices, and the data team had no access to the database they were paying for. The vendor had more control over their HR operations than they did. In under 3 weeks, they replaced it entirely — and the whole thing runs on $100 a month.

Before

  • System crashed or lagged every payroll cycle when employees logged in simultaneously to correct their attendance
  • Geofencing-based attendance regularly failed to capture correct location — employees couldn't mark attendance on time and their KPIs suffered for it
  • The admin panel was so complex that even minor changes required navigating multiple modules manually
  • No database access — the data team couldn't pull or query anything without going through the vendor
  • Every small change or new feature request came back with an exorbitant price tag
  • Reports had to be formally requested from the vendor, introducing delays every time

What we built

1

Built a system designed around how they actually work

Instead of bending their processes to fit generic software, every feature and workflow was built to their exact specification

2

Geolocation and attendance rebuilt from scratch

Attendance marking now works reliably — employees can mark in when they should, and KPIs reflect reality rather than system failures

3

Full ownership — data, changes, and access

Complete database access for the data team, a simple admin interface, and the ability to make any change in-house without a vendor invoice

What changed

3 Weeks

from start of work to pilot — for a 4,500-person HR system

Was: years locked into a failing vendor

$100/mo

total running cost — AI tooling only, no vendor fees

Was: exorbitant charges for every change

No more

payroll-day crashes — system handles full concurrent load

Was: system failed every pay cycle

This might resonate if...

  • You're paying a vendor for a system that doesn't quite work the way your business needs it to
  • Your data team has no direct access to the data sitting inside your own HR system
  • Every change request goes back to the vendor — and comes back with a price
  • Employees are being penalised by system failures they have no control over
  • You've thought about building your own but assumed it would take too long or cost too much

If this sounds like your situation, we're happy to walk through how it would work for your business.

AI TrainingWorkshops

Their teams spent days preparing reports and presentations. Now the same work takes minutes — and the focus is on decisions, not decks.

Across multiple organisations, we ran a series of AI training workshops for non-technical staff — managers, operations teams, finance and HR. Each session had 50 to 100 attendees. The common thread in every room: people spending hours or even days building presentations, manually pulling insights from Excel, and relying on experience and gut feel instead of data. Not because they didn't have the data — but because getting anything useful out of it was too slow.

Before

  • Building a presentation took hours — sometimes a full day — of manual work
  • Insights from Excel data relied on experience and gut feel, not systematic analysis
  • Reports were time-consuming to produce, so they were produced less often than needed
  • Leadership made decisions on summaries prepared by others, not on data they could explore themselves
  • No one had tried AI tools — not because of resistance, but because no one had shown them how

What we built

1

Practical, hands-on sessions — no theory

Each workshop focused on tools people could use the next morning: ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for real work tasks, not abstract demonstrations

2

AI for reports, presentations and insights

Participants learned to generate polished presentations, structured reports, and data insights from their own Excel files — in minutes instead of hours

3

Building interactive dashboards with AI

By the end of each session, attendees were creating interactive dashboards using AI tools — replacing static spreadsheets with something they could actually explore

What changed

1,000+

employees trained across multiple organisations

Was: no AI tool adoption across non-technical teams

Minutes

to produce reports and presentations that used to take days

Was: hours or a full day of manual work

Data

replacing gut feel — teams now generate and explore insights themselves

Was: decisions based on experience, not analysis

This might resonate if...

  • Your team spends more time preparing the presentation than thinking about what it means
  • Insights from data rely on one or two people who "know how to work with Excel"
  • Reports are produced less frequently than they should be because they take too long to build
  • You've heard about AI tools but no one on your team is actually using them yet
  • You want your team making faster, better decisions — not spending time on formatting and slides
